Randy received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been involved in various counseling capacities for 20+ years. He is passionate about assisting you in developing relational skills that will enable you to change old patterns of behavior and begin to develop new ones that will promote healthy connection. This often involves learning new ways to effectively overcome individual issues that negatively impact relationships with others related to stress, anxiety, anger, and depression.
Randy has served in Christian ministry for over 30 years. He is happily married with three adult children. As a therapist, he focuses on collaborative goal-setting, developing self-awareness, and applying what’s learned to improving your important relationships. He’s experienced in working with couples struggling with marriage, and family/parenting issues and works toward helping you grow through, rather than being defined by, your life’s challenges. L. Keith PuellmanLicensed Professional Counselor
Keith received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked in the counseling field for the past 15 years. Keith’s desire is to help individuals, couples, and families heal from the difficulties of life and develop their full potential. Prior to private practice he worked for 7 years in the addiction field. This experience gives him knowledge and insight along with understanding, and compassion for those struggling with addictions. Keith also has a passion for helping couples develop strong, healthy, loving, and trusting marriages. As an adoptive father he has a deep understanding of the issues and challenges faced by adoptive parents and their children. He received professional training in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) at the TCU Institute of Child Development in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition to the above he is experienced in treating depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and issues related to codependency.
Keith is happily married with three children, young adult and teenagers. He believes the heart drives our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. As a result focus of therapy is not only on the behavior or relational issue presented but also on determining and treating the root cause of what the client is experiencing. Dondra AgovinoLicensed Professional Counselor
Dondra received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked in the counseling/coaching field for 10+ years. Dondra is eager to serve individuals in healing from dysfunctional family relations, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and codependency. She is certified in Brain Restorative Sleep and works with people struggling with insomnia, both individually and in group settings, to enable them to experience higher quality lives through restorative sleep habits.

Taylor KeenLicensed Professional Counselor
Taylor received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor working toward full licensure later this year. Taylor has worked within the counseling field for nearly 10 years, including experience working with teenagers at a therapeutic wilderness school. Taylor is passionate about helping people learn to live a better story. Because he sees marriage as a crucial part of, not only healthy families, but a healthy society, he is eager to help couples work through trust or communication issues, intimacy and parenting. He also loves walking with individuals in healing from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and sexual addiction.
Taylor has served in Christian ministry for over 15 years and is happily married and with three children. As a therapist, he endeavors to provide a safe, trusting environment where clients can begin understand their story more completely. Ashley WilkinsonCounselor in Training
Ashley received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is a professional Counselor in Training. She is currently pursuing state licensure as well as a certification in Play Therapy. Ashley has had a wide range of experience and training in the counseling field including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Her internship focused especially on child and adolescent development and issues as well as family and group dynamics. Ashley is passionate about helping children and their families as they walk through various issues both developmental and relational. Whether that be teaching age appropriate coping skills, fostering healthy interfamilial attachment and healing, or simply being a consistent presence during times of trial such as divorce and other types of loss, she seeks to provide holistic care and hopes to be a effective resource for kids and their families.
Ashley has served in the Christian ministry for over 10 years working primarily with children, youth, and their families in her local church as well as with Reformed Youth Ministries (RYM) as a summer intern. Recently, she has also had the opportunity to teach at RYM summer conferences as an elective speaker. Ashley is happily married with one furry son named Nemo. As a therapist she focuses on fostering a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment, helping her clients develop self-awareness, nurturing creativity and playfulness in the healing process, and applying that learning towards self-growth and improved relationships. Haddon is a graduate student in his internship year at Covenant Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling. He believes that relationship is central to the human experience, and at the core of any redemptive relationship there must be trust that is rooted in love and grace. He engages clients with issues of brokenness, pain, grief, trauma, transition, and crisis.
Haddon has a strong desire to help clients navigate shame, intimacy disorders, sexual addiction, questions of identity (sexual/gender), abuse, and spiritual confusion. He considers the client’s decision to pursue help through counseling to be a brave one, and he is committed to honoring that bravery in the counseling room as he works with individuals, couples, and families.
In his spare time, Haddon enjoys exploring the great city of St. Louis with friends and snuggling with his cat, Spurgeon.
