Who Randy Works With

Randy works with individuals, couples, teens, and families across St. Charles County and the surrounding O’Fallon, MO area, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Specifically, he has extensive experience helping couples navigate marriage struggles, family and parenting concerns, and the individual issues, stress, anxiety, anger, and depression, that often strain our closest relationships. Furthermore, he is in-network with Anthem and United Healthcare, making quality care more accessible.

At the core, Randy’s approach centers on collaborative goal-setting, developing self-awareness, and applying what you learn to your most important relationships. In addition, he is trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), two evidence-based approaches that help clients process difficult experiences and rebuild secure emotional connection. As a result, therapy with Randy goes beyond surface-level symptom relief and addresses the patterns underneath. Together, you and Randy work toward lasting and meaningful change.

Background

Randy received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and holds a License as a Professional Counselor in Missouri. Outside the counseling room, he is happily married with three adult children.
