Alyssa believes each person can find relief and wholeness through safety and connection. She is passionate about helping individuals break old patterns to build healthier relationships with others and themselves.

She utilizes a faith-based approach to aid adult women and adolescents through stress, anxiety, depression, stressors, life transitions, and relational issues. Alyssa’s focus is creating a safe and compassionate environment for clients to explore their story and find healing.

Alyssa received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from from Missouri Baptist University. In her free time, Alyssa loves to read, bake, play pickleball, and explore all the coffee shops St. Louis has to offer.
