Heath Salzman MA, MDiv, PLPC

Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor

hs

Heath works with individuals, couples, and families to explore the problems that bring them to counseling, to understand how they are related to the client’s past story, and to collaborate on the path toward hope, healing, and restoration. Heath works from the belief that we were created to be whole in relationship with ourselves, our God, and our neighbors. He will work together with his clients to explore and grieve how this wholeness has been broken across the various dimensions of their lives. He seeks to partner with his clients on their journey toward healing. Heath pursues an integrative counseling approach informed by the interpersonal process, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems.

Heath has experience in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, Behavioral addictions, Grief, Trauma, and Couples counseling.
